If you are a Platinum member of the IQOS CLUB, you receive a free replacement every two calendar years. Gold members receive a 25% voucher, and Silver members receive a 20% voucher. Registered users receive a 5% voucher.
Steps to Replace Your IQOS Device
- Select a device from our IQOS ILUMA range.
- Purchase the new device.
- Send back your old device.
The IQOS replacement program is available on iqos.com, at IQOS Boutiques, and through the IQOS call center. Each IQOS replacement voucher can be used to purchase a new IQOS ILUMA device.
If you no longer use your IQOS devices, you can return them to IQOS for free through the Take Back program.
- The IQOS Device Take Back program is open to all generations of IQOS devices.
- You can only return the holder or pocket charger.
- You can return as many collection bags as you like for recycling.
- Through the IQOS replacement program, you can receive a discount on the latest generation IQOS device.
