If you are a Silver member of IQOS CLUB, you will receive a 20% voucher. Gold members receive 25%. Platinum members are entitled to a 30% voucher and a free replacement every two years. Choose a device from the IQOS ILUMA range. Insert the old device into the pre-paid envelope and send it back. When purchasing the new IQOS ILUMA, the voucher will be applied. IQOS ILUMA takes tobacco enjoyment to a new level. Replace your old IQOS with a new one using the IQOS replacement voucher, under certain conditions. The program is available only on iqos.com, in IQOS Boutiques, and through the call center in Switzerland. You will receive 200 points per replacement, up to a maximum of two per year.
